• Chatbots- Some AI platforms can communicate with candidates in real-time and can ask preliminary questions such as interview availability or certifications.

• Reduced Bias- AI can help promote Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) by eliminating personal biases and contributes to a diverse hiring process. The technology is selecting matches based on qualifications, key words, and education.

• Efficiency- Certain platforms can also note if a candidate has applied previously to an organization and specific role.
