Our Career Coaching service puts the focus on you. We want to get to know who you are, what you want to achieve long term and how we can get you there. Throughout our process we work with you to better understand your achievements, skills and interests. We leverage this knowledge to work together to determine what makes the most sense for you going forward and to create goals that align to these new objectives. We don’t leave you hanging there, as we are going to make sure that you are heading on the right path with several touch bases to assess progress and recalibrate if needed.

Our in-depth process consists of 5 sessions, starting with 3 in depth sessions over a 2-week period and 2 follow up sessions that occur within the following 30 days. If that feels like too much of a commitment, we completely understand and can create a program that directly meets your specific needs.

The key point for us as coaches is to help you reach your own conclusions about what drives you and what you want to accomplish. We look forward to helping you build a successful career!
