Operations Manager
Jennifer graduated from Rutgers University with a History Major and Philosophy Minor. She started her career as an Office Manager/ Bookkeeper for a major electrical company in the New York City area.
She has years of experience delivering high levels of customer service, with an emphasis on coordinating the operations of small to mid-size businesses. She has always had a knack for multi-tasking and currently handles activities including scheduling, accounting, marketing and operations.
Jennifer brings her attention to detail and a passion for client rapport to Five Star Resume everyday. Her goals are to make sure everyone has a positive experience and to ensure quality operations translates into excellent client service.
