LaQuita Alvaranga has over 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance development. She spent the majority of this time in the healthcare and retail industries. Her experience extends to small organizations and large multi-unit corporations based in the Northeast market.

Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in the creation of companywide internship and internal mobility programs.
